I’m a beauty entrepreneur, storyteller, CEO mom of three, a devoted wife, and woman of faith who’s done their work behind the chair, behind the scenes, behind the carpools, and now behind the mic. I created Behind The Chic because I was tired of only sharing the highlight reel but not getting a deeper connection. People see the glamour, the work ethic, the family life, the transformations—but they don’t always see the moments behind the curtain. The burnout. The long days and nights. The blurred lines of boundaries. The breakthroughs that come quietly.

This podcast is for women navigating motherhood, business, identity, marriage, self-worth, and still showing up every day to serve, create, and grow. It’s for the beauty pros, the creatives, the multifaceted, the high-performing women who are tired of feeling like they have to be “on” all the time. We need to reflect, release, and restore.
